Grace Hardy is an accountant and bookkeeper who’s built something bigger than a traditional practice. As the founder of Hardy Accounting, an award-winning firm, she’s combined personal client service with a mission to make financial education accessible to everyone who needs it.
What started as one person’s journey has grown into a community reaching over 4 million people. Through her social media platforms and The Unconventional Podcast, Grace creates content that demystifies finance and accounting for students, graduates, sole traders, and small business owners.
Her impact hasn’t gone unnoticed. Grace has been recognised as Accountancy Personality of the Year and Rising Star of the Year, won Podcast of the Year, and received the Special Recognition Award from the Department for Education for her contributions to education and apprenticeships. She’s even been invited to meet the Royal Family for her work in promoting alternative career paths.
As an AAT member and advocate, Grace is proving that accounting can be both financially successful and genuinely educational and that there’s real power in sharing what you know.
